What you should know before investing.
Start with these answers, then read the current approved documents and ask the fund team about anything unclear.
Are the target returns guaranteed?
No. The teaser states a 23.5% target net IRR based on model assumptions. Returns depend on delivery, verification, credit prices and costs. Investors may lose capital.
How will the cookstoves create carbon credits?
The fund proposes to deploy efficient cookstoves, monitor use and fuel savings, then seek independent verification and registry issuance. Credits must then be sold to generate revenue.
Can I redeem units whenever I want?
Do not assume immediate liquidity. A VFEX listing and market-making plan are stated targets. Check redemption and transfer rights in the final approved documents.
Is a VFEX listing certain?
No. The listing is a target and remains subject to regulatory and exchange approvals and other requirements.
Why do some offer figures differ?
The teaser states a US$5.0 million offer and 50 million units at US$0.104, which totals US$5.2 million. It also states different minimum investments. Confirm final figures with the fund manager.
Is the teaser the final prospectus?
No. The teaser is an introduction. Ask for the current approved prospectus, Trust Deed, application documents and any updated financial model before deciding.
